If you are moving out of the City of Gallatin and wish to cancel your service with us, you can either complete the Moving or Cancel Service Form and return it to us using one of the following methods:

• In person
• Mail
• Facsimile
• Email

Or, you may complete and submit the Schedule a Disconnect Form online.
