**You will also need to bring or submit a Building Permit that you can obtain from the City of Gallatin Codes Department located in City Hall.

New Service Small Commercial

New Service Commercial/Industrial

You will need to submit your plans to the Department for review and approval. Upon review and approval of your submitted plans a Fee Schedule will be generated. You will need to submit the Fee Schedule along with the same forms applicable for Small Commercial and your connection fees and tap fees, to the business office.
