Budget Billing applications are taken in April and May. In order to be eligible for this program you must be active on our system for at least thirteen (13) months at the address where you want the account to be budgeted. The account must also have a zero (0) balance due at the time of application and there shall be no late charges assessed to the account in the previous twelve (12) months.

Customers are able to pay their bill:

• In Person at our office located at 239 Hancock St. Gallatin, TN 37066.
• After hours at our payment kiosk.
• Online through our payment portal.
• By phone at 833-373-8740. Please have your account information available. 
• By mail - please mail payment and billing stub to 239 Hancock St. Gallatin, TN 37066.
• By setting up bank draft.
• By visiting one of our other payment locations:

Enroll in our Customer Portal. The Customer Portal enables our customers to more effectively view and monitor their usage, and will give them the ability to set-up customized notification alerts.
